Services offered include:
- Bookkeeping - processing and recording all your sales and purchase invoices, payments, receipts, expenses and petty cash.
- VAT Returns - any business registered for VAT must complete a quarterly return for submission to HMRC. I can process the data necessary to create your VAT return which can then be submitted online.
- Bank Reconciliation - this shows that your company bank account transactions match the transactions entered into your books. Carried out on a regular basis it should identify any errors that may have occurred and will give you a clearer picture of the balance in your bank account.
- Trial Balance - this is a report showing the financial balances of all the aspects of your business. This information is then used in producing the final accounts for the end of year, although a trial balance can be done at any time that the information is needed.
- Final Accounts - for sole traders, I can produce the final End of Year accounts consisting of the Profit and Loss account and the Balance Sheet. For Limited Companies I can run the Trial Balance report needed by your accountant in order to produce your final End of Year accounts.
